Night Out Information

Join us on Monday night from 6pm-9pm as we take over the Hard Rock Café on the San Antonio River Walk! Only an 8-minute scenic walk away from the conference hotel, the Hard Rock Café’s three floors of patios and balconies will allow you to relax, network, and enjoy the live music and picturesque views of the San Antonio River.

Food offerings for the night will include jalapeno poppers, chicken and beef fajitas, BBQ chicken, and BBQ ribs. There will be an open bar with beer, house wine, and house margaritas included.

San Antonio’s own Crimes of Passion will deliver a rocking good time with upbeat rock music and entertaining showmanship. High energy music with a nostalgic vibe makes people of all ages want to dance and sing along. They’ve been performing locally for many years at events and venues across San Antonio.

If you are unable to walk to the venue, there will be 3 Uber XL vehicles (18 slots) available to book through email. Pick up time at the Grand Hyatt will be 6:00PM and departure time from the Hard Rock Café will be 8:45PM.
